TAP EACH FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION FOR MORE DETAILS!
I missed my chance for tickets! What's the deal with this
video thing?
We will be professionally recording the event, and have partnered with
Eventive to provide a
limited-time screening of the video! You can
preorder starting today,
and will get an email alert when the video becomes available on Saturday,
October 31. You will then have until the end of the year to watch the video!
NOTE: Once you begin watching the video for the first time,
you will be granted a one-week window to finish watching or re-watch
anything you missed. You may contact
Eventive if you need any
technical assistance with the video streaming service or ticketing system.
Will the video include the entire live show?
We plan to include as much of the live performance as possible! Any edits will be in the interest of polishing the production for home viewing, or due to
unforeseen technical or licensing issues.
Why so much money for a video rental?
Think of it more like an on-demand pay-per-view special, some of which sell for more than double what we're charging, and don't give you two months to watch them! Your $25 will help
cover our production costs, and you'll get to see almost the same show as our live audience, from the comfort of your own home!
Will you be playing a full game of DOUBLE DARE?
While we won't have trivia or an obstacle course, we have selected a few
fan-favorite physical challenges to play throughout the evening! The rest of the show will feature hilarious stories from the set, and answers to
audience questions!
How can audience members 'take the physical challenge'?!
Marc & friends will periodically search the audience for people volunteering to come on
stage; no prior signup is required.
Everyone in the audience has an equal chance of
being selected; regardless of ticket tier or VIP status.
The more enthusiastic they are, the better! We only ask
that volunteers stay at their seats until chosen; they may not crowd the aisles, or
try to touch our cast or crew members. We cannot select anyone who appears to be visibly intoxicated, or
otherwise unable to safely participate in the show. Audience members should
see the Dress Code section below if they want to be
part of the show!
Harvey! What will they win?!
Physical challenge participants may be awarded "prizes" reminiscent of
those given away on DOUBLE DARE. These are essentially gag gifts that hold
no real value. We're just here to have fun!
How will the Q&A work?
A QR code will be posted throughout the venue before the show, for guests to submit questions for the cast & crew. Our producers will then choose the best questions to be answered live on stage!
How long is the show?
At this time, the main program is expected to run approximately 90-120
minutes, with no plans for an intermission. In the weeks following, we will
upload a recap video (now
available for preorder!), which will include most of the live on-stage
performance.
What time can ticketholders arrive?
Select areas of City Winery Philadelphia will open to the public as early as 10am!
Stage Premier ticketholders & VIP guests will be admitted into the Concert
Venue beginning at 4:30pm for an exclusive meet & greet soiree.
All other ticketholders are welcome to join us in the Concert Venue when doors open at around 6pm.
"Marc Summers & Friends" showtime is planned for 7:30!
Is there an age limit?
21+ ... It's at a winery!
What's the Dress Code?
Very casual! Stage Premier ticketholders, or those who plan on volunteering to take the physical challenge,
should wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy. For onstage participants, we strongly recommend comfortable, closed-toed shoes! Please note that
we can't provide coverings or replacement wardrobe, and while guests are welcome to bring a change of clothes, changing space will be limited.
Can I take pictures or record the show?
Photos & video are welcome throughout the VIP preshow event! Recording
will not be permitted during the live show. Guests may take photos from
their seats if they disable their flashes and do not interfere with the
experiences of those around them. Professional camera equipment is not permitted
except by event-authorized personnel.
Will Marc sign my scale replica of the 1-Ton Human Hamster Wheel?
Our preshow VIP guests will be provided with a program that includes
plenty of space for autographs, which can be requested during the meet &
greet soiree before the show. In the interest of time and safety, we politely ask that guests please not bring items from home to be autographed.
Where's the stage door? I wanna meet the cast!
For your safety and ours, and due to time & space limits, only cast &
crew will be admitted backstage, and we aren't able to accommodate any post-show meet & greets.
Stage Premier ticketholders and VIP guests should follow City Winery's attendance
guidance for the preshow meet & greet event.
